I really love certain places.
I like the mountains, the park, the library. I like the family room at my grandparents house, especially sitting in the chair by the woodburning stove, my dad's workshop and my mom's flower-filled patio in the summertime.

My Dad's BlogMy dad, Rett Ashby is an artist. It took me about 20 years before I knew what to say when people asked me what my father did for a living. He's so talented and his artwork takes on many forms. He loves making crazy cool one-of-a-kind furniture as well as doing theme rooms for kids, creating frames (huge and seriously awesome frames) for artwork and painting with oils.
